LIMITLESS BIOHACKING JOURNEY

• Please land in Costa Rica (SJO) by 1PM local time.
• By no later than 3PM, you’ll be flying private for a short 15 minute flight to a landing strip 25 minutes away from Imiloa.
• In the customs line, or on the private charter, you’ll meet other  Retreat guests. The magic of arriving as strangers, and leaving as friends, is well under-way.
• When you arrive at Imiloa, we will gather for delicious mocktails and then enjoy a beautiful ocean sunset before we have our first dinner together.
• This evening we will unite our group through Heart Coherence Breathwork. We will align our energy and intention for the week through this relaxing yet heart activating breathwork, facilitated with BrainTap. You will receive a personal unit to use all week!

• You will wake up in either a 200 year old home from Bali, a Jungle Bungalow in the sloth sanctuary or along our river in a gorgeous Sacred Geodesic Dome. You will ground in your surroundings.
• After fresh fruits and juices to begin to cleanse and activate your body, you’ll have the option to go for a discovery walk through the jungle and the private 30 acre property followed by a healthy, delicious breakfast. 
• After breakfast there will be The Science of Breath workshop. In this teaching session we will show the power of Breath, the Science and Biology of Breath, and how to use breath to upgrade your life and spirituality.  
• Free time. You can chill and relax, enjoy the beautiful nature on the property, or enjoy a massage or Spa.
• After a nutritious lunch, we will have our "Unleash Your Superpower" workshop. We will discuss: purpose of life, control and clarity,  biohacking strategies, and  the IZOD Method (In the Zone, On Demand).  You will learn tips and strategies to optimize FOCUS and PRODUCTIVITY, FREE UP Valuable TIME, Live STRESS-FREE, and taking advantage of AI.
• This evening we will enjoy a gourmet plant-based meal and enjoy  a a combination of frequency healing with breathwork. You will receive a Qi-coil for personal use during your stay.

• Today, we immerse in the powers of air, water, light, and sound. We learn how to benefit from, and upgrade these powers of Mother Nature.
• After a delicious breakfast, the day starts on the beach with a  Priming Breath leading into Breathwork energizing for the day. We are learning to Exhale hold and reprogram the nervous system. 
• We then discuss the essence of nature and enjoy the beach and ocean, experiencing water in various ways. 
• After a lavish lunch on the beach, we have some free time, followed by our MINDFULLNESS workshop. We will practice gratitude, visualization, manisfestation and meditation.
• Free time. You can chill and relax, enjoy the beautiful nature on the property, or enjoy a massage or Spa.
•  In the evening, after a gourmet plant-based meal and desserts to swoon for, you will be able to experience hydrogen inhalation, grounding and PEMF technologies.

• Enjoy waking up slowly or start your day off with 45min of invigorating QiGong and breathwork.
• Today is a day of nutrition, the unconventional prescription. Imiloa is world famous for its cuisine, and today you get to peak behind the curtain.
• After early breakfast, you can spent your morning at leisure or join our optional excursion with the Magic King Catamaran for some boating, snorkeling,  swimming and fun on waterslides. 
• After a late lunch,  we have some relaxing time before our workshop. The focus of our workshop is on  THE 7 FOUNDATIONS OF BIOHACKING and THE EDGE in PEAK PERFORMANCE.
• Free time.
• In the evening,  we explore the Science of Calming Breath and learn how to calm and come into a place of peace  and Universal connection to sleep deep.

• We initiate our day with a vibrant Tai Chi session in the jungle.
• After breakfast, we hike the jungle trails and visit our private waterfall. 
•  Our workshop of the day is a sacred Blue Clay experience at our private waterfall. You will explore communication without words as you enjoy the healing properties of the blue clay followed by a refreshing cleanse in the river.  
• Free time. You can chill and relax, enjoy the beautiful nature on the property, or enjoy a massage or Spa.
• After lunch, we will have a Holotropic/rebirthing breath class and the science of this life-changing release and reset, followed by a Rebirthing Breathwork session and an Integration talk. 
• We welcome a delicious and nutritious dinner to replenish.
• We then invite you to our POWER ROUTINE WORKSHOP where we help develop your own and unique power routines.

• We’ll meet for a nice early morning   breath guided cold bath session for the brave among us.
• Nutritious breakfast and goodbyes.
• We’ll depart Imiloa for the private planes at 10am. Please ensure your international flight home is booked no earlier than 1pm.
• The final day at Imiloa is the first day to the rest of your life.
