A 6-Day Transformational Retreat in
Nosara, Costa Rica
August 21-28th, 2027
ONLY 20 SPOTS!
There is a version of you beneath the stress, the expectations, the conditioning and the patterns you’ve learned to carry. For six extraordinary days on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, you’ll step away from the noise of everyday life and journey inward—through breathwork, meditation, Body Intelligence, nervous-system regulation, somatic release, conscious exploration, ceremony and adventure. This is not about escaping your life or becoming someone new. It is about removing what stands between you and the most authentic, powerful and fully alive version of who you already are.
REGULATE • RELEASE • REWIRE • RISE
There comes a point when learning more is no longer the answer. You may already understand what you should do. You may recognize your habits, know your triggers, understand the importance of meditation, exercise, mindset and self-care, and still find yourself returning to the same reactions, emotional patterns and limitations.
Why?
Because lasting transformation rarely happens through the conscious mind alone. Our thoughts are only one part of a much larger human operating system that includes the nervous system, subconscious programming, emotions, physiology, attention, relationships and the body itself.
LIMITLESS: The Science & Soul Immersion is a six-day journey designed to explore that entire system.
Set among the jungle and Pacific coastline of Nosara, Costa Rica, this experience combines Body Intelligence, neuroscience, breathwork, meditation, somatic practices, conscious self-inquiry, ceremony, nature, adventure and community. Rather than spending six days sitting in workshops talking about transformation, we will learn, experience, practice, integrate and live it.
The central question underlying the entire retreat is simple:
What becomes possible when you stop trying to change your life entirely from the outside and begin changing the state from which you create it?

We have been taught to value IQ, our intellectual intelligence, and increasingly EQ, our emotional intelligence. Yet there is another form of intelligence operating every moment of our lives: BQ, or Body Intelligence.
Your body is constantly communicating with you. Your heartbeat changes. Your breathing becomes shallow or expansive. Muscles tighten or relax. Your stomach contracts. Your posture changes. Your attention narrows or opens. Your nervous system responds to people and environments, often before your conscious mind has any idea what is happening.
Most of us were simply never taught how to listen.
Body Intelligence is the ability to become aware of these signals, understand what they may be communicating and develop greater influence over our internal state. This matters because our state affects almost everything: how we think, communicate, perform, make decisions, experience relationships and respond to challenges.
The same circumstance experienced from fear may feel overwhelming. Experienced from regulation, it may feel manageable. Experienced from clarity, it may reveal an opportunity you could not see before.
This is why the LIMITLESS journey does not begin with positive thinking. It begins with the body.
The retreat follows the progression of the R4 Method: Regulate, Release, Rewire and Rise.
We begin by learning how to recognize and influence our nervous-system state. From that foundation, we explore the patterns, protective responses and emotional experiences we may still be carrying. As awareness increases, we move toward subconscious patterns, identity, attention and observer consciousness. Finally, we shift from understanding and healing into creation, embodiment, connection, joy and life.
The sequence matters. Trying to rewire the mind while the body remains in survival mode can become another battle with ourselves. Instead, we begin with regulation and awareness, create opportunities for release, consciously explore new patterns and then practice what it feels like to rise into a different way of being.
Throughout the retreat, breathwork and meditation are not isolated activities scheduled once or twice during the week. They become part of our daily rhythm. Every morning begins with some combination of conscious breathing, meditation, gentle movement and an intentional walk along the Pacific. Some beach walks will be social; others will be completed in silence so that the ocean, breath and body become the focus of attention.
Most evenings will also conclude with a shorter meditation, breath practice, integration exercise or period of intentional stillness. Over six days, participants begin to discover that breathwork is not simply an event. It can become one of the fastest and most accessible ways to reconnect with the body and influence state.

Nestled in the hills above Playa Pelada in Nosara, Costa Rica, Casas Kismet is more than a retreat center. It is a place intentionally created for people seeking growth, connection, restoration, and meaningful experiences in community.

Our rooms offer modern amenities including air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee maker, and bathroom products from Raw Botanicals including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand & face soap, and body lotion. Each room is unique and offer outdoor spaces to enjoy the sounds of nature and the crashing of the Pacific Ocean.

Our in-house chef combines the local cuisine of Costa Rica with fresh, locally sourced, and mostly organic food. Our meals are delicious, healthy, and nourishing to support physical and mental well-being of each guest. Our chef can accommodate a variety of dietary options including vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, and dairy free along with food allergies. Tasty meals, that are both nutritious and wholesome, revitalize the body and are one of the highlights of your stay at Casas Kismet.

ARRIVE from the Outside World to the Inside World
The first day is deliberately spacious because people will be arriving from different locations and carrying the momentum of travel, work, family responsibilities and everyday life with them.
From approximately 3:00–5:00 PM, participants arrive at Casas Kismet, settle into their rooms, explore the property and begin meeting the group. There is no rush to immediately "do" anything. This is the transition from ordinary life into retreat.
At approximately 5:00 PM, we gather for our official opening circle. This is where we introduce the philosophy of Science & Soul, Body Intelligence and the R4 Method, while creating the agreements and intentions that will support the week. We begin exploring the difference between knowing something intellectually and experiencing it physiologically.
Around 6:00 PM, we leave the property for our first intentional beach walk and Pacific sunset. The walk itself becomes our first awareness practice as we begin noticing the breath, the feet touching the ground, the sounds around us and the tendency of the mind to constantly move somewhere else.
After a shared welcome dinner around 7:30 PM, we gather again at approximately 9:00 PM for a brief fire circle, grounding breath practice and guided meditation.
Rather than beginning with goals or achievements, we begin with a more meaningful question: Why am I really here?
By approximately 9:30 PM, the formal day ends. Participants are encouraged to rest and allow their nervous systems to begin slowing down.

Understanding and Influencing Your State
The first full morning begins around 6:45 AM with conscious breathing, gentle mobility and meditation. We then take an intentional beach walk, spending part of it in silence before returning for breakfast around 8:15 AM.
From approximately 9:30 AM–12:30 PM, we enter the first major BQ experience: The Science of State.
We explore the autonomic nervous system, sympathetic and parasympathetic activity, vagal pathways, stress physiology, interoception, breathing patterns and the relationship between the brain, heart and body. More importantly, participants learn to recognize these systems within themselves.
The educational material is continually translated into experience through breathing exercises, vagal activation techniques, somatic awareness and the 2-Minute RESET protocol. The objective is not simply to understand the nervous system but to experience the realization that our internal state can often be influenced intentionally.
After lunch around 12:30 PM, the afternoon from approximately 1:30–4:00 PM is open for the pool, beach, massage, journaling, conversation, rest or simply doing nothing.
At approximately 4:00 PM, we reconvene for the Trigger & Mirror Lab, where we explore how relationships and circumstances reveal nervous-system patterns. Instead of automatically asking why someone else makes us feel a certain way, we begin becoming curious about what our own reactions may be showing us.
After sunset and dinner, the day concludes around 8:30 PM with gentle breathing and a restorative nervous-system meditation.
The central realization of Day 2 is powerful: My state is not simply something happening to me. It is something I can learn to influence.

When the Body Knows Before the Mind Does
Day 3 begins around 7:00 AM with breathwork, somatic movement and meditation, followed by our morning beach walk and breakfast.
At approximately 9:30 AM, we explore how protective patterns develop and why the body can continue responding to experiences long after the original circumstances have passed. Emotional suppression, attachment patterns, triggers, muscular guarding and fight, flight, freeze or appeasement responses are explored without turning the experience into an exercise in diagnosing ourselves.
The question becomes less about "What is wrong with me?" and more about "What has my system learned to do in order to protect me?"
Around 10:45 AM, we move from education into the Somatic Release Lab, using movement, shaking, breathing, sound, body awareness and other experiential practices to explore what happens when the thinking mind becomes quieter and the body is allowed to communicate.
Following lunch around 12:30 PM, the afternoon remains deliberately open from approximately 1:30–4:30 PM. This is important. Integration is not empty time; it is part of the work. Participants can sleep, swim, journal, receive bodywork, spend time alone or walk along the beach.
Around 4:30 PM, we gather for a deeper exploration of letting go, emotional freedom and forgiveness. The objective is not forced forgiveness or pretending difficult experiences did not matter. Instead, we ask whether continuing to carry certain emotional burdens is still serving the person we are becoming.
After an early dinner, the evening culminates around 8:00 PM with UNBOUND, a 75-minute immersive breathwork journey combining music, rhythm, conscious breathing, somatic awareness, emotional expression, stillness and integration.
The remainder of the evening is quiet. Rather than immediately analyzing the experience, participants are encouraged to allow it to settle.
The insight we carry into sleep is simple: I do not have to intellectually understand everything in order to begin releasing what I no longer need to carry.

Ceremony, Consciousness and the Observer
After the intensity of RELEASE, Day 4 becomes quieter and more introspective. The morning begins around 7:30 AM with gentle breathing and meditation rather than activating breathwork, followed by a light breakfast and optional silent walk.
At approximately 9:00 AM, we introduce one of the foundational Science & Soul concepts of the retreat: becoming the Observer.
Thoughts arise, yet something within us can observe those thoughts. Emotions arise, yet we can become aware of an emotion rather than automatically becoming the emotion. Stories about us appear, yet awareness creates the possibility of questioning whether those stories still need to determine what happens next.
We explore attention, subconscious programming, identity, neuroplasticity and the transition from automatic reaction toward conscious creation.
Around 10:30 AM, the focus shifts toward intention and preparation for the day's ceremony. Rather than asking, "What experience do I want to have?" we approach the experience with a different question:
What am I willing to see?
A plant-medicine experience (psylocibin) is offered, and the remainder of this day is protected for preparation, ceremony and integration under the screening, safety and facilitation protocols established by appropriately qualified professionals.
There are no additional workshops, excursions or expectations. The afternoon and evening remain intentionally spacious, with gentle nourishment, hydration, journaling, quiet conversation and rest available as appropriate.
The purpose is not to chase an extraordinary, altered state. It is to create conditions for awareness, insight and reflection.
The central theme of the day becomes: I am not simply my thoughts, my history or my conditioning. I am also the awareness capable of observing them.

Integration, Adventure and Remembering How to Live
There will be no alarm at sunrise today. After the previous day's inward journey, participants are encouraged to sleep. A relaxed breakfast is available around 8:00–9:30 AM, followed by a gentle integration circle and meditation at approximately 10:00 AM.
We take time to acknowledge whatever emerged without forcing anyone to explain, interpret or turn their experience into a lesson.
Then the energy of the retreat changes.
Personal development can sometimes become another form of work. We are always healing, analyzing, improving and fixing ourselves. Yet the purpose of becoming more regulated and freer is not to spend the rest of our lives endlessly working on ourselves. It is to become more available for life.
Around 11:00 AM, we leave for our adventure.
Depending on the retreat, this may be a Pacific catamaran experience, giving us an afternoon of sailing, swimming, snorkeling, music, food, laughter and connection, or an ATV adventure through the jungle and mountains surrounding Nosara.
There is no major teaching session today because the experience itself becomes the teaching. Presence, joy, connection and play are also expressions of an integrated nervous system.
We return in the late afternoon, with time to shower, rest and watch another spectacular Costa Rican sunset before gathering around 7:30 PM for a celebration dinner.
Music, laughter, connection and perhaps dancing replace the deeper introspection of the previous days.
The realization of RISE is that transformation is not about endlessly working on yourself. It is about becoming free enough to fully live.

Bringing the Person You Discovered Back into Your Life
Our final full day begins around 7:00 AM with a longer sunrise meditation and breathwork practice followed by an intentional beach walk. This final morning walk is completed largely in silence.
After breakfast, we gather around 9:30 AM for our main integration session.
The questions are no longer theoretical. What did I discover about myself? What did I release? What patterns became visible? What do I want to carry home? Most importantly, who am I becoming?
From approximately 10:30 AM–12:30 PM, we move from Observer to Creator. We explore attention, neuroplasticity, visualization, subconscious programming, identity and intentional creation through both the scientific and contemplative lenses of Science & Soul. Participants revisit and refine their Creation List, shifting the emphasis away from simply asking what they want toward understanding who they must become to create and sustain it.
After lunch, the early afternoon remains open for rest, conversation, packing, swimming or one final walk along the Pacific.
Around 3:30 PM, we return for a future-self embodiment experience combining conscious breathing, visualization and meditation. Rather than imagining some distant future version of ourselves, we explore what it feels like to embody that person now. How does that person breathe? How do they respond to stress? What boundaries do they maintain? What do they stop tolerating? Where do they place their attention? How do they show up when nobody is watching?
We then create a simple 33-Day LIMITLESS Practice for returning home.
Rather than leaving with dozens of techniques, participants choose a sustainable daily rhythm built around nervous-system regulation, conscious breathing or meditation, observer awareness and intentional creation.
The objective is to turn what happened in Costa Rica from a memorable experience into something that begins influencing everyday life.
At approximately 5:30 PM, we gather for our closing ceremony as the sun begins moving toward the Pacific horizon. Each participant is invited to reflect on one final question:
What am I taking home that I refuse to leave here?
Our journey concludes with sunset and a celebratory final dinner around 7:30 PM. This is not a somber ending. It is the completion of RISE: gratitude, connection, laughter, music and the recognition that the real retreat begins when we return home.
Although every day is intentionally different, the retreat develops a natural rhythm. Most mornings begin between 6:45 and 7:30 AM with meditation, breathwork or nervous-system practice, followed by movement and an intentional beach walk before breakfast. The primary educational or transformational session generally takes place between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM, when attention and energy are highest.
Lunch is followed by intentionally protected space for integration, rest, beach time, swimming, massage, journaling or connection. Late afternoons may include a second experiential session, while evenings alternate between meditation, breathwork, ceremony, integration and celebration.
This balance is intentional. We do not want participants returning home saying, "That was an incredible seminar." We want them returning home saying: "Something changed."
Science helps us understand the nervous system, breath physiology, attention, stress, learning and neuroplasticity. Psychology helps us understand patterns and behavior. Somatic awareness brings attention back into the body. Yet human beings have asked another question for thousands of years: Who is the one experiencing all of this? This is where science meets soul. You do not need to subscribe to a particular religion or belief system to participate. Some may call it consciousness, Source, universal intelligence, God, the higher self, the observer or simply the deepest expression of themselves. The terminology is less important than the inquiry. During these six days, we explore both dimensions of human potential: the biology we can increasingly understand and measure, and the consciousness we can directly experience.
The experience begins with ARRIVE, creating the space to leave ordinary life behind. From there we REGULATE, learning to understand and influence our internal state. Once a greater sense of safety and awareness has been established, we RELEASE, exploring patterns the body and nervous system may still be carrying. From there we REWIRE, moving into observer consciousness, identity, subconscious patterns and deeper inquiry. We then RISE, bringing joy, adventure, connection and aliveness back into the experience. Finally, we CREATE, integrating everything we have discovered into the person we choose to become when we return home. The entire journey moves progressively through:
BODY → BREATH → EMOTION → MIND → CONSCIOUSNESS → CREATION
Casas Kismet • Nosara, Costa Rica
For six days, the jungle and Pacific coastline of Costa Rica become part of the experience. Mornings begin with breath, meditation and the sound of nature. Bare feet touch the sand during intentional walks along the Pacific. Meals become opportunities for connection. Afternoons provide room to integrate rather than rushing from one workshop to another. Sunsets replace screens, and the ocean becomes part of our meditation. Removing ourselves temporarily from familiar routines and environments creates something increasingly rare in modern life: space. Space to listen. Space to feel. Space to question. Space to remember. And perhaps most importantly, space to discover what is possible when the noise becomes quiet enough to hear yourself again.
...It is an opportunity to return to it differently.
You may arrive carrying questions. You may be successful on the outside but sense that something deeper is calling. You may be curious about consciousness, interested in understanding your body and nervous system, ready to release old patterns or simply aware that there is more within you than you are currently experiencing.
You do not need to know exactly what you are looking for.
You simply need to be willing to look inward. Because ultimately, LIMITLESS is not about spending six days trying to become someone else.
It is about becoming quiet enough, aware enough and free enough to discover more of who you already are—and then having the courage to live from that place.
