What to expect?

We begin on at noon, and we invite you to arrive a little early to settle in, land softly, and get comfortable in the space.

12:00pm: gratitude and grounding

12:15pm: body intelligence session

1:00pm: UNBOUND Breathwork Journey (75min)

2:30pm: TRE (somatic release through exercise)

3:00pm: Intention setting and Golden Teacher administration

3:30pm-8:30pm: Ceremony

8:30-9:00pm: gathering/sharing

Our time together opens gently — with sharing, intention setting, and what we call pre-integration… creating the foundation for a deeper journey. This is a space to open the heart, quiet the mind, and begin moving out of the head and into a more felt, embodied experience.

You are invited into stillness.
Into inner quiet.
Into deep rest.

Together, we will move through guided breathwork, meditation, and heart-opening practices, supported by carefully curated music and frequencies designed to assist your inner process.

Our plant allies (medical grade psylocibin) will be present to support and deepen your personal journey. While we gather as a group, this is ultimately an individual experience — one where you are encouraged to follow your own inner guidance, allowing the intelligence of Spirit and the plants to meet you exactly where you are.

As the evening comes to a close, we gather and shar vas a collective and nourish the body with grounding fruits before moving into rest for the night.

Optional: the next morning, we meet at the beach and sit down for an integration session at 9:00 am — a sacred space for reflection, sharing, and gently weaving the previous day’s experience into understanding and embodiment.

Following integration, those who feel called are invited into a water cleansing ceremony. Whether you view it as baptism, purification, or renewal, this experience serves as a powerful reminder of your innate wholeness — that you are, and always have been, pure, complete, and held in love.

This journey is designed to meet you exactly where you are — gently, powerfully, and with deep intention — offering space to release, remember, and return to yourself.

Below is important information for our Gathering. Please read the following information carefully so that you will have the best possible experience.

1. Intake Form and Pre-Integration phone call

Prior to our Gathering, we will send you a medical intake form to give us basic health

information. We then schedule a 30–minute, pre-integration phone call. This is for the

purpose of going over your intake form if necessary, getting familiar with each other and

answering any individual questions.

2. Diet Preparation

Although we cannot make specific dietary recommendations for everyone since each person is unique, we will make some general recommendations that will likely benefit everyone for aiding in their experience.

• Minimize caffeine intake the day of the Gathering.

• Avoid heavy rich foods the day of the Gathering and the night before.

• We recommend not eating past 10am the day of your Gathering.

• Liquids and hydration are great. No heavy breakfast or lunch is recommended.

• Of course, maintaining your personal health requirements is always a priority. Fasting

on the day of ceremony is merely a suggestion. Some also fast a few days prior. You

know your body more than anyone. We want you to be healthy and fully available to

enjoy your experience, so please listen to your own body.

• Absolutely no alcohol the day of the Gathering and we recommend no alcohol

several days prior.

A NOTE ON FASTING. We have found fasting to be a powerful umbilicus to inner plane

work. Fasting is not about deprivation or “going without”. It is about allowing the purity that is already within us to help reboot us. A process of “liquids only” allows the natural waters of the unified field to set in since water acts as a supercomputer to memory and wisdom. You are a part of the whole. And the whole of All That Is, is already within you. So, water is the greatest conduit for our prayers and intentions to help us ride the truer Wave of The Way.

3. Mental/Spiritual Preparation and Intention

Remember who you are in all of your Magnificence. What do you want to create? What do you want to explore? What holds you back? What do you want? What are you ready to let go of? Take some time prior to the Gathering to ask your most vital questions. Find quiet and stillness to meditate on your truest intentions. Be intentional in your preparation and it will pay off. Try not to rush into the Gathering from your busy-ness. There is no pressure to create the perfect intention. Let an exploration unfold. Be curious. But also, be kind to yourself during the preparation process.

4. What you need to bring:

• Wear loose fitting clothing that you’re comfortable in with layers that can

accommodate temperature change.

• Water bottle or Coconut water. Hydration is really important. We will have plenty of

water and electrolyte packages.

• Notebook and pen for journaling (if desired).

• Eye mask.

5. Upon Arrival

Check in with us when you arrive so we can account for you and help you settle in. We ask that you surrender your car keys and cell phone. Once you check in, relax, meditate, mingle, or journal as you prepare for your experience to begin.

6. The Journey Experience

We begin by gathering to have some time of discussion and to share everyone’s personal

intentions together. There will be time of guided meditation and intentional breathing just prior to offering the Protocol. The journey from there is very unique for each person. You will get comfortable laying down with the blindfold and headset as we sit with you to hold space while you journey. We ask that you not intercede with anyone else’s experience if they are inward and solo in their process. This is time for you to focus on the inward work.

7. Integration and post Journey Integration phone call

We will gather after our journey together to share insights with one another. Each person will have time to integrate their journey. Please plan to stay / show up the next morning as Integration is a true gift and is often the most critical part of your up-leveling. Understanding how to process new information is the key to Unbound and Remembering. After the journey we will connect with you to follow up and schedule a post-integration phone call for further integration.

Code Of Conduct for the Gathering

1. Respect the time of others and arrive on time. Plan for traffic and delays.

2. Respect the personal space of others and their journey process. Speak thoughtfully,

carefully and quietly. And please do not interrupt their focus.

3. Get permission before engaging in any kind of physical contact. Ex.: hugging,

touching, helping, etc.

4. No conversations of a sexual nature (whether subtle or overt) and no sexual contact of

any kind is permitted before, during, or after the journey.

5. Respect the space. Utilize the space with honor and reverence for the work that goes

on. And please help keep your areas clean and unobstructed.

6. Do not use any other substances during our time together.

7. Do not leave the premises at any time. And plan to stay for the full integration. Your

presence, energy and participation are vital to the whole Gathering.

8. Do not use your cell phone at any time during the Gathering.

9. Confidentiality is a critical part of your commitment to join the experience. Please DO

NOT disclose the names or private information of anyone participating in this

Gathering (before, during, or after the journey).
